Prayer/Creative Arts Pastor and Service Production Coordinator

Bill and Lisa Ancira joined the Dayspring staff in 2009. They provide pastoral leadership in the areas of Worship, Prayer, Media, and the Creative Arts.
Bill comes from a diverse background of experience and education that includes working internationally in crusades and mission outreaches to mega-church employment, integrating “cutting-edge” media and a passionate pursuit of God through worship and intercession. He has also worked extensively as writer, keyboardist, arranger, and producer in the recording industry and has many song/album credits in his publishing catalogue.
Lisa brings a vast understanding of the creative arts and experience working as a vocal coach, a theatre coach, an accompanist, a choir director, a speaker, a writer, and a worship leader. Lisa recently worked with the musical theatre program at our nation’s largest public high school, Cypress Bay , in Weston , FL. She serves on staff as the Service Production Coordinator and rehearsed choirs and vocal groups and recently finished directing a successful Christmas musical production.

Pastor Bill & Lisa will continue to assemble singers, musicians, dancers, media technicians and actors to help Pastor Scott communicate the Gospel message and to train and release an expression of worship and prayer that brings Glory to God and furthers the Global work of God’s Kingdom. The Anciras’ live in Bowling Green with their two sons, Billy & Trent, and celebrated their 23rd anniversary in November 2008.
