Pastor Don Lenhart

Don Lenhart will be joining the Dayspring family in August as the Pastor to Families with Children. Don and his wife Gina have been married for twenty-two years. Gina works as a health unit coordinator at St. Joseph’s Hospital. They have a twenty-one year old daughter (Nel) who married her high school sweetheart (Nate) last summer, and a nineteen year old son (Davey). The Lenhart family currently lives in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The Lenharts are originally from Ohio and were active volunteers at Dayspring as Care Group leaders, in the dramas and children’s ministries before moving to St. Paul, Minnesota seven years ago. Answering God’s call to formally prepare for ministry, Don attended Bible College in Minneapolis at North Central University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Children’s Ministries in 2003. He is near completion of a Master’s Degree in Children’s and Family Ministry from Bethel Seminary. Don is ordained with the Assemblies of God and he served as the Children’s Pastor at Summit Church located in St. Paul for five years. Don and Gina have a sincere passion to effectively reach, disciple and empower children and their families for Jesus Christ. They look forward to being a part of the amazing things that God is doing at Dayspring - impacting the Bowling Green community, northwest Ohio and beyond for Christ!
